0n3- 3a- 3t - <br /> /-LO <br />Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-06-117 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0497 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />PRIVATE DOG KENNEL TO MAINTAIN MORE THAN TWO DOGS ON A PARCEL <br />OF LAND. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 99-06-117 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0497 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On June 22, 1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Robert and Rita Knoll ("Permittee") for a private dog kennel to maintain more than <br />two.adult dogs on the property generally known as 6020 151st Lane N.W. and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Fox Knoll, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property"). <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br /> with. <br /> <br />2. This Permit shall allow for the maintenance of a maximum of four (4) adult dogs on the <br /> Subject Property and adult is defined as any dog over three (3) months of age. <br /> <br />That no more than two (2) dogs can be kenneled outside at any one time, except that all four <br />(4) dogs may be exercised under the owners control during the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
