Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #99-06-122 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF OSTERKAMP ADDITION WHEREAS, James and Janice Osterkamp, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Commencing at a point on the enter line of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as it is now traveled, said point being 93 feet Southeasterly. As measured along said center line from the Northeasterly extension of the Southeasterly line of Block 3 in Gorham's Addition: thence South 64 degrees 18 minutes West on a line parallel to the Southeasterly line of said Block 3 a distance of 376.78 feet: thence Southwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 103.25 feet a distance of 113.96 feet: thence South 1 degree 03 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 345.42 feet: thence Southwesterly on a curve to the right having a radius of 115.75 feet a distance of 121.49 feet: thence South 61 degrees 11 minutes 55 seconds West a distance of 520.03 feet: thence Southwesterly on a curve to the right having a radius of 434.27 feet and a central angle of 10 degrees 15 minutes and 11 seconds a distance of 77.71 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described: thence continue Southwesterly on said 434.27 foot radius curve to the right with a central angle of 19 degrees 26 minutes 29 seconds a distance of 147.36 feet: thence North 89 degrees 06 minutes 25 seconds West on a line parallel with the South line of the said Southwest Quarter to a point 400 feet East of the West line of said Southwest Quarter. as measured parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter. said point also being 217.8 feet North of the South line of said Southwest Quarter as measured parallel with West line of said Southwest Quarter: thence Northerly and parallel with said West line a distance of 217.8 feet: thence Easterly and parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 200 feet: thence Southerly and parallel with the West line of said Southwest Quarter and to the point of beginning. AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on June 1, 1999, and recommended the Developer proceed to tlxe final plat stage; and WHEREAS, no new lots are being created and the subdivision is exempt from park dedication, trail development and stormwater management fees. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Council hereby grants final plat approval of Osterkamp Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes.
