Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-06-124A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br /> FINANCE OFFICER DIANA LUND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Diana Lund began employment at the City of Ramsey on June 23, <br />1998 as Finance Officer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has provided a satisfactory employee <br />performance appraisal for Diana Lund, and recommended retaining Ms. Lund at the City <br />of Ramsey as a regular full-time employee, effective June 24, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its June 22, 1999 meeting agreed with <br />the recommendation to retain Diana Lund as a regular, full-time employee, effective June <br />24, 1999. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Diana Lund and change <br />her status to a regular, full-time Ramsey Finance Officer, effective June 24, 1999. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded y <br />Councilmember Zimmerman, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br /> <br />And the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />And the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />And the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
