1. That based on Findings of Fact #0500, a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer <br /> the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br /> than 25 feet from the nearest point of the front property line on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />3. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of equipment and vehicles in <br />accordance with City Code and no business activity shall be permitted within said structure, <br />unless it is done in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />5.
