1. That based on Findings of Fact #0500, a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. 2. That the accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer than 25 feet from the nearest point of the front property line on the Subject Property. 3. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory structure. That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of equipment and vehicles in accordance with City Code and no business activity shall be permitted within said structure, unless it is done in accordance with City Code. 5. That the Permittees and/or property owners shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member Nixt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Chairperson Leo Anderson Board Member Robert Johnson Board Member Michael Nixt Board Member Chris Dempsey Board Member William Kociscak Board Member Sharon Jensen Board Member Joe Wivoda and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the 6th day of July, 1999. Terrance Belschner and Betty Belschner, husband and wife, hereby acknowledge receipt of this variance and that they have reviewed the terms of the variance and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of the variance.
