1499717 <br /> <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-09-167B <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT <br />A GARAGE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL <br />STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Warren H. and Arlene J.
