Councilmember Connolly introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #99-09-172 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED MAXIMUM 1999, PAYABLE 2000, TAX LEVY AND SCHEDULE BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING DATES NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the following proposed maximum levies for certified 1999, payable 2000, be levied upon the taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: GENERAL LEVY Fund 101: General Fund - General Operations Fiscal Disparity Transfer - as estimated Collected as Property Tax General Levy Limit 505,228 2,181,031 $ 2,686,259 DEBT SERVICE LEVY Lease Revenue Bond (collected as property tax): Fire Station #2 Certificates o f Indebtedness Total Debt Service Levy 163,131 75,980 $ 239,111 TOTAL PROPOSED LEVIES $ 2,925,370 2) That the City of Ramsey's 2000 Public Budget Hearing is scheduled for Monday, December 6, 1999, at 6:00 p.m. and a reconvene date (if necessary) is scheduled for Monday, December 13, 1999, at 6:00 p.m. 3) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before Wednesday, September 15, 1999 for the purpose of complying with Truth in Taxation. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.'
