Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-09-187 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING INCREASE IN CASH CONTRIBUTION FOR PARK <br />DEDICATIONS TO $1200 and $300 FOR PARK TRAIL DEVELOPMENT FEES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the September 9, 1999, Park and Recreation Commission meeting, a <br />motion was made to increase the residential cash contribution dedication rates for park <br />dedication from $750.00 per rural lot and $975.00 per urban lot to $1200.00 per lot; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Residential cash contributions pertaining to park trail development fees <br />would be increased to $300.00 from $150.00 per residential lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Both rate increases would go into effect immediately.. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the residential cash contribution pertaining to Park Dedication rates for rural and <br /> urban lots would increase to $1200.00 per lot effective immediately. <br /> <br />2) That the residential cash contribution for park trail development fees would increase to <br /> $300.00 per lot effective immediately. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hendriksen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Garnet <br /> Councilmember Anderson <br /> Councilmember Hendriksen <br /> Councilmember Connolly <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
