1499719 <br /> <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-10-189 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO THE MINIMUM LOT WIDTH OR <br />STREET FRONTAGE REQUIREMENT AS DEFINED BY CITY CODE IN ORDER TO <br />CONSTRUCT A DWELLING ON A PARCEL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Phillip and Jennifer Johnson (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.11.01 of the Ramsey City Code to construct a dwelling on a parcel with <br />less than 200 feet of public road frontage on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Unplatted Ramsey Township West 20 acres of the West half of Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, (Subject to easement to United Power Association <br />4/24/68) United Power Association easement partially released 12/19/72, United Power <br />Association easement released 9/5/73, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on October 5, <br />1999, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0506, a variance from minimum street frontage requirements <br /> to construct a dwelling on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />That the Subject Property is eligible for building permits for one dwelling unit and related <br />accessory buildings in accordance with City Code and no further building permits for <br />additional residential structures will be issued until such time as the Subject Property is <br />platted and developed to a higher density in accordance with City Code. No building permit <br />shall be issued until the City has been reimbursed for all costs incurred in processing this <br />request for variance. <br /> <br />That only one private driveway from the Subject Property will be granted access to 178th <br />Lane N.W. Said driveway shall be surfaced with a minimum of Class 5.
