Couneilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-10-198 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CARNIVAL LICENSE AND CLEAN UP FEES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has adopted an Ordinance adding Chapter 7 to <br />the City Code regulating Carnivals. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Carnival Ordinance calls for a non-refundable application fee, <br />license fees and Clean-Up fees to be established by Council resolution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) $100.00 for a Carnival application fee (Non-refundable); <br />2) $100.00/day for a Carnival license fee <br />3) $500.00 for first acre or portion thereof and $100.00 for each additional acre or <br /> portion thereof for a site clean up deposit <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Connolly, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
