C o u f~l~:en~ er4~mdc~son-ml <br /> <br />1499116 <br /> <br />roduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-11-213 /q-.~-A5 '~/' ~)~)¢ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT/10508 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />PRIVATE DOG KENNEL TO MAINTAIN MORE THAN TWO DOGS ON A PARCEL <br />OF LAND. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 99-11-213 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0508 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On November 23, 1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Dennis and Bonita Cobey ("Permittee") for a private dog kennel to maintain more <br />than two adult dogs on the property generally known as 9340 Highway #10 N.W and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The East 132 Feet of Lot 6, Auditor Subdivision 33, of Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />("Subject Property"). <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br /> with. <br /> <br />2. This Permit shall allow for the maintenance of a maximum of four (4) adult dogs on the <br /> Subject Property and adult is defined as any dog over three (3) months of age. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Upon confirmation of any complaints of odor or noise problems relating to the dogs, the <br />City may take action to abate the nuisance in accordance with Section 5.09.03 (Dog <br />Regulations), subd. 18 (Dogs Disturbing the Peace), of the Ramsey City Code, attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />That the fenced exercise areas as depicted on the site plan received by the City on October <br />25, 1999 shall be maintained in a sanitary condition according to State and local humane <br />standards. <br /> <br /> <br />
