6. 9. <br /> CC Regular Session New <br /> Meeting Date: 09/10/2024 <br /> Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br /> Title: <br /> Adopt Resolution#24-249 Approving a Development Agreement for Diamond Graphic's Building Expansion at <br /> 14350 Azurite St NW(Project No. 24-111); Case of Diamond Graphics <br /> Purpose/Background: <br /> Diamond Graphics (the "Applicant")has applied for a Building Permit to add approximately 68,000 square feet of <br /> building expansion to the western side of the existing building at 14350 Azurite St NW(the "Subject Property"). <br /> The Site Plan meets all the criteria to be reviewed administratively,but a Development Agreement for all <br /> associated site improvements is still needed and requires approval by City Council. <br /> Notification: <br /> Notification is not required. <br /> Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br /> On July 9, 2024,the City Council approved a Final Plat for the Applicant,which combined 14350 and 14280 <br /> Azurite Street into a single,buildable lot to accommodate the Applicant's proposed building expansion. The <br /> Applicant has now submitted an application for a Building Permit to construct the building addition, along with <br /> associated site improvements (expansion of parking lot, stormwater basin, landscaping, etc.).
