Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #24-249 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> FOR DIAMOND GRAPHICS <br /> RECITALS <br /> 1. Diamond Graphics, hereafter referred to as "Permittee", properly applied for Final Plat <br /> and Administrative Site Plan review and approval for a building expansion and associated <br /> site improvements on the properties generally known as 14280 and 14350 Azurite St NW <br /> and legally described as: <br /> Lots 1 & 2, Block 1 Sunfish Lake Business Park Fourth Addition, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota <br /> -or upon recording of the approved plat- <br /> Lot 1, Block 1 Sunfish Lake Business Park Fifth Addition <br /> (the `Subject Property'); and <br /> 2. The Permittee is the owner of the Subject Property; and <br /> 3. That on July 9, 2024, the City Council approved the Final Plat of Sunfish Lake Business <br /> Park Fifth Addition. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for the <br /> Diamond Graphics building addition and associated site improvements, contingent upon: <br /> a. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br /> b. Construction plans subject to current Staff Review Comments in Proj ectDox. <br /> c. The Permittee obtaining a permit through the Lower Rum River Watershed <br /> Management Organization. <br /> 2) The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the Development Agreement. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br />
