WHEREAS, the deadline to submit an application for the 2024-2026 grant cycle is March <br /> 29, 2024; and <br /> WHEREAS, grant recipients will be notified by the Metropolitan Council no later than May <br /> 24, 2024; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's Environmental Policy Board (EPB) reviewed this grant <br /> opportunity on March 18, 2024 and recommended applying for the 2024-2026 round of funding. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1.
