Since our inception in 1957, we have grown into one of the largest employee owned engineering firms in the nation. With more than 1,000 employee owners, retaining our firm gives you access to a diverse range of services and professionals you can consult with if the unforeseen occurs.The size of our company also allows us to respond quickly when schedule constraints occur. Our Understanding of Project This project will include pavement subgrade preparation, aggregate base placement, new concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, and driveways along with a new bituminous pavement. Improvements to the storm sewer, sanitary, and water main utilities will also be part of this project. Braun Intertec performed the geotechnical for the project as well as was involved in observations and testing for the soil improvements in the area. Our familiarity with the soil conditions on the project and involvement in the previous soil improvements will be a good asset for Bolton & Menk and the City of Ramsey. Available Project Information This proposal was prepared using the following documents and information. ■ Draft project plans and specifications prepared by Bolton & Menk, Inc., dated February 13, 2024 and February 16, 2024. ■ A Geotechnical Evaluation Report prepared by Braun Intertec, dated July 17, 2023.
