ORDINANCE #24-11 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RAMSEY TO <br />SELL/CONVEY FOURTEEN (14) PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City of Ramsey to convey certain real <br />property which the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's <br />purposes. This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.5 of <br />the City Charter. <br />SECTION 2.
