Councilmember Howell introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #24-250 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR QUAD LOGIC <br /> RECITALS <br /> 1. Quad Logic, hereafter referred to as "Permittee", properly applied for a Variance, <br /> Easement Vacation, and Administrative Site Plan review and approval for a building <br /> expansion and associated site improvements on the property generally known as 14220 <br /> Basalt Street NW and legally described as: <br /> Lot 5, Block 4 Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the `Subject Property'); and <br /> 2. The Permittee owns and operates the business on the Subject Property, while KBJ <br /> Investments is the fee title owner of the Subject Property; and <br /> 3. That on August 22, 2024, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed and approved a <br /> request for a variance to the rear yard setback; and <br /> 4. That on August 27, 2024, the Ramsey City Council approved vacating a portion of the <br /> drainage and utility easement along the western lot line of the Subject Property. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for Quad <br /> Logic's building addition and associated site improvements, contingent upon: <br /> a. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br /> b. Construction plans subject to current Staff Review Comments in ProjectDox. <br /> 2) The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the Development Agreement. <br /> The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Musgrove and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br />
