1.03. The following standard development and park/trail dedication fees are required for <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, in lieu of a development agreement. These fees are based on the <br /> acreage of Lot 1, which measures at 8.73 acres. Fees on Outlot A will be charged <br /> at the rates in effect at the time of its subdivision. These fees must be paid in order <br /> to release the plat for recording. <br /> 1. Park dedication payment of$44,523.00. <br /> 2. Trail development fee of$11,349.00. <br /> 3. Water Trunk Connection fee of$64,104.00. <br /> 4. Water Lateral Benefit fee of$67,928.00. <br /> 5. Sanitary Sewer Trunk Connection fee of$35,470.00. <br /> 6. Sanitary Sewer Lateral Benefit fee of$77,872.00. <br /> 7. Storm Water Management fee of$46,452.00. <br /> 1.04. The above fees are required in conjunction with Resolution 424-254, which <br /> approves a Development Agreement for U-Haul at 8725 Riverdale Drive NW. <br /> The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> None <br /> Resolution #24-253 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
