Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #24-281 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF DEFERRED ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT <br /> FOR OUTLOT D, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER llth ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, (the "City), filed deferred assessments in the amount of <br /> $266,215.00 against Outlot D, Ramsey Town Center I Ph Addition and recorded this document in <br /> the Office of the Anoka county Recorder as document number 1992150.001; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Special Assessments on the Property have been paid in full and current <br /> landowner/title company is asking for the Deferred Assessment Agreement filed as document <br /> number 1992150.001 to be released; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the Release of Deferred Assessments <br /> Agreement for the Property and recommends approval. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br /> COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the City approves the Release of Deferred Assessments Agreement for the Property <br /> legally described on Exhibit A and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to execute <br /> documents necessary to record the document in the Office of the Anoka County Recorder <br /> The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> None <br />
