The Commission may establish a maintenance fund to be <br />psed for normal and routine maintenance of a work of improvement constructed <br />in whole or part with money t vid dd by Anoka County. As provided in Minn. <br />Stat. 10313.251, subd. 9. the Board may impose. with the Countyls consent, an <br />ad valorem ley)/ on all property_ located within the territory of the Watershed or <br />sub at rh d unit. The levy shall be t'tif ed., levied, collect d, a.nsi distributed as <br />pro ided in Minn. Stat. §§ 103D.915 and10 1/921 as amended., and shall be in <br />addition to any other money levied and distributed by the _County _tom <br />Commission. Mailed notice of any hearing in required under the f r m ntioned <br />statutes shall be sent to the clerk of each Member uni palit at least 30 day <br />prior to the hearing.
