Said Resolution <br />shall be submitted to each Member Citnovernrnental unit and if ratified by <br />two-t4+44sthree-fpurths of the Citv Councils of all Member-Gitieseligible Members <br />within 60 days, said Board shall dissolve the LRRWMOCommission allowing a <br />reasonable time to complete work in progress and to dispose of personal property owned <br />by the .1,R.R•WMGCommission. <br />7.3 Distribution of Assets.
