SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #24-12 has been approved by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance: <br />Chapter 26, Article XX is hereby created in order to comply with the requirements of State Statues 342 <br />regulating cannabis licensing. <br />SECTION .
