Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #24-253 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED FINAL PLAT FOR "DONNA FARMS" <br />RECITALS <br />1. WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey received an application from Markquart RV (the <br />"Applicant") requesting a Sketch Plan and Final Plat on the property legally described as <br />follows: <br />Outlot B, Riverstone South, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />2. WHEREAS, the Applicant requested to replat one outlot, measuring approximately 14.73 <br />acres in size, into two buildable lots, necessitating the subdivision; and <br />3. WHEREAS, the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing <br />on April 25, 2024, that said public hearing was properly advertised; and <br />4. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />request at a public hearing on April 25, 2024; and <br />5. WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved the initial request via Resolution <br />#24-116 at its meeting on May 14, 2024. <br />6. WHEREAS, the Applicant requested a revision to the approved Final Plat, changing the <br />previously -approved two buildable lots into one buildable lot and one outlot. <br />7. WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised request at its meeting on September <br />24, 2024. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval of Donna Farms for a plat with <br />one business lot and one outlot in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1.01. Final legal form approved by the City Attorney. <br />1.02. That the Applicant shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br />
