6. 8. <br />CC Regular Session New <br />Meeting Date: 09/24/2024 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #24-254 Approving a Development Agreement for U-Haul at 8725 Riverdale Drive NW <br />Purpose/Background: <br />On August 12, 2024, the City Council approved the Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan for U-Haul, located at <br />8725 Riverdale Drive NW. Since that date, the Applicant has supplied engineering cost estimates to Staff as part <br />of drafting the Development Agreement for U-Haul. The Development Agreement is standard in its form. <br />The requested action is to approve the Development Agreement for the approved development. This is the last <br />step in Council actions before U-Haul can apply for building permits to construct the eight structures. <br />Notification: <br />Public notification is not required. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />Alternatives to Consider: <br />1. Approve the Development Agreement as presented. <br />2. Approve the Development Agreement with modifications that City Council requests. <br />3.
