However, under exceptions contained in Minnesota Rules, commercial <br />noise standards (NAC-2) can be applied to residential land use if the provisions in the rules can be met <br />The applicable provisions of Minnesota Rule 7030.0050 are presented below. <br />Subp. 3. Exceptions. The noise area classification for land use may be changed in the following <br />ways if the applicable conditions are met. <br />B.
