CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Kuzma called the Closed Session of the City Council to order at 8:13 p.m. <br />2. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />2.01: Attorney -Client Privileged Discussion of Potential Litigation - Closed to the Public <br />City Administrator Hagen reviewed the Staff report concerning potential litigation. <br />Staff received direction from the Council <br />3.
