Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #24-281 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF DEFERRED ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR OUTLOT D, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 11th ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, (the "City), filed deferred assessments in the amount of <br />$266,215.00 against Outlot D, Ramsey Town Center 11 th Addition and recorded this document in <br />the Office of the Anoka county Recorder as document number 1992150.001; and <br />WHEREAS, the Special Assessments on the Property have been paid in full and current <br />landowner/title company is asking for the Deferred Assessment Agreement filed as document <br />number 1992150.001 to be released; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the Release of Deferred Assessments <br />Agreement for the Property and recommends approval. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the City approves the Release of Deferred Assessments Agreement for the Property legally <br />described on Exhibit A and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to execute documents <br />necessary to record the document in the Office of the Anoka County Recorder <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
