Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #24-282 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SUNWOOD DRIVE <br />CONCRETE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING REPLACEMENT TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS <br />WHEREAS, the Sunwood Drive concrete pedestrian crossings at intersections between Zeolite <br />Street and Rhinestone Street are proposed to be replaced in 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, topographic surveys are required to accurately evaluate and design said <br />improvements; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to request proposals for said services. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 24th day of September, 2024. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
