PEARSON and ELIZABETH J.1PEARSON, _ TRUSTEES husband and wife, - owners of real property located at 8846 Bowers Drive, Ramsey, Minnesota, "LANDOWNER", hereby grants, sells, and conveys in consideration of One Dollar to the CITY OF RAMSEY, a Minnesota municipal corporation, "CITY", a perpetual easement for the -public purposes described in paragraph 1 below, over, under and upon the real property described as follows:' See attached Exhibit A for legal description and diagram (the "Easement Area") - EXEMPT FROM 'STATE DEED TAX 1. The Easement Purposes.
