Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #24-263 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE "PROPOSED" 2025 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL <br />FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the "Proposed" annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2025 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $16,874,046 <br />Licenses and Permits 1,023,850 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 756,000 <br />Charges for Services 780,700 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 48,000 <br />Other Revenues - <br />Interest Earnings 50,000 <br />Miscellaneous 20,600 <br />Other Financing Sources 908,044 <br />Total Revenues $20.461.240 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 5,294,766 <br />Public Safety 9,508,348 <br />Public Works 3,302,369 <br />Parks and Recreation 2,229,3 84 <br />Contingency 20,000 <br />Other Financing Uses 106,373 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $ 20,461 r240 <br />2) That the Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Monday, September 30, 2024. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
