One wetland was delineated within the evaluation area and designated as: <br />Weltand 1= Type 1/3 seasonally flooded basin/shallow marsh <br />A site review was conducted on 7/16/2024 with Karen Wold (Barr Engineering for the LRRWMO) and John <br />Daniel Nelson (Bolton & Menk). Other TEP members were invited and were unable to attend. During the <br />site review, wetland boundary modifications were identified in Wetland 1. <br />On 7/18/2024, John Daniel Nelson provided a revised wetland delineation report documenting the <br />boundary changes. The revised wetland boundary area is documented as 0.69 acres. <br />The revised wetland delineation report was provided to TEP members, and no additional comments were <br />received. <br />The revised wetland boundaries and types were determined to be accurate based on the requirements of <br />the 1987 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Wetland Delineation Manual, the 2010 Midwest Regional <br />Supplement, and the 2015 Guidance for Submittal of Delineation Reports to the USACE and WCA LGU in <br />Minnesota, Version 2.0. <br />1 Findings must consider any TEP recommendations. <br />Attached Project Documents <br />El site location map Project Plans)/Descriptions/Reports (specify): revised wetland delineation map <br />Appeals of LGU Decisions <br />If you wish to appeal this decision, you must provide a written request within 30 calendar days of the date you <br />received the notice. All appeals must be submitted to the Board of Water and Soil Resources Executive Director <br />along with a check payable to BWSR for $500 unless the LGU has adopted a local appeal process as identified <br />below. The check must be sent by mail and the written request to appeal can be submitted by mail or e-mail. <br />The appeal should include a copy of this notice, name and contact information of appellant(s) and their <br />representatives (if applicable), a statement clarifying the intent to appeal and supporting information as to why <br />the decision is in error.
