Submittal shall include any requested changes to the SWPPP, including but not limited to: <br />Trained Personnel, Locations for Stockpiles, Concrete Washout, Sanitation Facilities, Types and Locations of Erosion & <br />Sediment Control. Failure to submit updates shall be considered acceptance of the SWPPP as designed with no changes. <br />2) Install perimeter sediment control, inlet protection, and construction exit. <br />3) Complete Site Grading. <br />4) Add additional temporary BMPs as necessary during construction based on inspection reports. <br />5) Ensure final stabilization measures are complete. <br />6) Provide digital copy of all Field SWPPP Documentation including Inspection Reports and SWPPP Revisions to the Owner. <br />7) Submit Notice of Termination (NOT) to MPCA.
