General Authorities Cont. <br /> Retail Timing Restrictions (342.13) <br /> Local governments may prohibit retail sales of cannabis between the hours of 8 a.m. and <br /> 10 a.m. Monday-Saturday, and 9 p.m. and 2 a.m. the following day. <br /> Operating Multl*ple Locations with One License <br /> Certain cannabis licenses allow for multiple retail locations to be operated under a single <br /> license, with the following limitations: <br /> • Retailers: up to five retail locations. <br /> • Mezzobusinesses: up to three retail locations. <br /> • Microbusinesses: up to one retail location. <br /> • Medical cannabis combination businesses: one retail location per congressional <br /> district. Additionally, medical cannabis combination businesses may cultivate at more <br /> than one location within other limitations on cultivation. <br /> For all other license types, one license permits the operation of one location.
