City Engineer/Public Works Director Westby explained that they are within the drinking water <br /> supply management area so they cannot infiltrate water as a part of this. He said this will be a lined <br /> wet pond. <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff suggested that for these kinds of projects in the future it would be <br /> nice for there to be a sidewalk around the pond since it is City property it could be an extension of <br /> a park. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Kuzma, Councilmembers Musgrove, Specht, Howell, Olson, <br /> Riley, and Woestehoff.
