<br />Finance Director Lund explained that letters go out to all delinquent accounts and if they are unable <br />to be delivered then the letter is returned to the City; however, they have not had any letters <br />returned this year. She added that there are certain accounts that are certified every year as their <br />way of paying the billing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma called the public hearing to order at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Woestehoff, seconded by Councilmember Musgrove, to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
