MARLYS SCHINDELDECKER: <br /> <br />Ms. Mar1ys Schinde1decker appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />with her request to subdivide by metes and bounds a five acre parcel into two <br />2~ acre parcels. The subject property is adjoined on three sides by the <br />Whispering Pines subdivisions which are one acre in size. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended denial of this request <br />based on their findings of fact. The following items are included as <br />enclosure (D3-a) for your consideration in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Application <br />b) Applicant's letter of request <br />c) Area location map <br />d) Findings of fact (correct in accord with the Planning and Zoning <br />Conunission) <br />e) Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated March 1, 1983 <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the findings <br />of fact as well as approve/disapprove the request.
