I had hOped to be able to <br />present my infornation in writing to the cornnission, however, I feel <br />the rreeting was still productive. HO?e~ully <br />the infornation that I've enclosed will help t.l1e =rmUssion in <br />determining the changes to the channel line-up and serre decision <br />can be made at the !-1arch rreeting. <br /> <br />'!bere are two changes to the charmel allocation that are not reflected <br />in the infornation enclosed. They are two pay services, Channel #45, <br />Front RoW and Channel #47, The Enterta.inrrent O1armel. Front RoW was <br />neant as a mini-pay service. It is no longer available. The Enter- <br />ta:irurent O1armel will cease to transmit, at least as a pay service, <br />on March 31st (please refer to =py of news article enclosed) . <br /> <br />--- - <br /> <br />I <br />I. . <br /> <br />I am nakinq an open invitation to all comnission rrerrbers and any other <br />interested parties to join Ire for a tour of our Columbia Heights <br />facility. I will have additional ororrotional and infornation <br />material available on various services, also a list of possible <br />existing alternatives and future services to be luanched.
