Mr. Schnelle
replied that this study would deal with costs, ordinance deals with policy.
Council member Van Wagner inquired as to how much area the study will cover.
Mr. Schnelle replied that the study could involve quite a large area and then
City can delineate more or less. Mr. Schnelle further stated that the largest
area the study could involved would be the 1984 area designated in the
Comprehensive Plan. Mayor Gamec stated that the entire area has to be review~d
and then the study can be broken down into individual areas. CnL!nci 1 member
Sorteberg agreed that the motion presented is a little vague as far as area
to be studied. Mr. Clayton Berg commented that the City Engineer will have
to study the entire district in order to come up with a trunk line. Council-
member Sorteberg inquired as to the cost of a detailed report. Mr. Schnelle
replied that Mr. Raatikka quote a cost of not more than $2390 in his letter
of February 16, 1983.

Motion dies.

Motion by Council member Sorteberg and seconded by Mayor Gamec to adopt
Resolution #83-11 ordering preparation of report for sanitary sewer trunk

C/February 22, 1983

/
/
