<br />( <br /> <br />Mr. Eggers - I installed a concrete driveway at my residence and was told by <br />the city to construct it at street level, made it lS' longer to cover the <br />approach area from street to my lot. What will happen if that driveway has <br />to torn up when and if blacktopping comes in on lS7th? <br /> <br />Mr. Berg - If the driveway has to be removed the City would have to replace <br />it. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson polled the audience and a majority was in favor of a public <br />hearing being conducted regarding blacktopping lS7th. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg _ Consideration of calling for a feasiblity study and public hearing <br />regarding lS7th will be on the Council agenda for March 22, 1983.
