<br />'. <br /> <br />TO: City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Building Official <br /> <br />RE:- Monthly Report <br /> <br />DATE: March IS, 1983 <br /> <br />With working on the ordinances and a seemingly unending supply of questions <br />about sewer and water, the past month has been very busy. It would appear <br />that it will be necessary to work eveninzs on ~hy of the special projects as <br />we have been doing with the recodification. <br /> <br />At the time of this writing I have not received any requests for a sketch <br />plan review for Mr. Raudio. However, I understand he is continuing with <br />the work necessary for the platting of his property. <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Gilbertson has applied for an on-sale liquor license in conjunction <br />with~the Side Door Lounge which he now plans to complete. His plans which <br />the Council previously approved, have not changed. <br /> <br />I have also met with Mr. Muller and reviewed some preliminary plans for his <br />shopping center which he has tentatively scheduled for construction this <br />summer. <br /> <br />The necessary information to complete the Waltek permit has been received <br />and I have been informed they are proposing another expansion which would be <br />block and extend to the East. <br /> <br />I have about eight individuals who have <br />D.N.R.
