<br />14. Commercial Asphslt Compsny shall maintain a $2.000.00 balance in <br />an escrow sccount with the City. This escrow shall be used to <br />reimburse the City for expenses incurred in the administration of <br />this permit. The City reserves the right to use these funds to <br />pay for testing services as necessary. <br /> <br />15. Commercial Asphalt Company shall provide a site plan to the City <br />Engineer showing the location of all equipment storage. Any <br />outside'storage of equipment shall be in an orderly fashion. The <br />outside storage of debris. materials not used in the operation and <br />inoperable vehicles and equipment shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />16. Runoff shall be contained on the site and shall be in accordance <br />with grading and drainage plans submitted to and approved by the <br />City Engineer. Berming shall be installed as necessary to control <br />runoff. <br /> <br />17. This conditional use permit shall be in effect until January 31. <br />1995. At that time, Commercial Asphalt Company may re-apply for a <br />conditional use perm~t to extend the duration of the asphalt <br />operation. <br /> <br />18.
