Ramsey, MN 55303 Re: Flintwood Hills 5th Addition (P.U.D.) Dear M~. Zimmerman: We have reviewed the Flintwood Hills 5th Addition Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) and offer the following comments. 1. The proposed plat consists of three (3) lots and is the fourth phase of the overall P.D.D. which was approved o~ May 24, 1964. 2. T~e proposed use of the three lots has been changed from 12 quad lots as approved on the prelim~na=y plat to two apa=tmen~ buildings and an office building. 3. The proposed modifications constitute a major change from the preliminary site plan as outlined i~ city Code 170.016K and requires the submit~al of a new site plan. ~. In review of the new preliminary site plan, the square foota~e of the lots was not shown. Based on the lot dimensions, Lots 1 and 2 exceed 20,000 5~~a=e feet and Lot 3 exceeds 27,000 s~are feet. 5.
