The site preparation mess from Flintwood <br />11 was never cleaned up. There is not sufficient parking areaS for tbe <br />number of residents in Flir.twood II; tbe parking overflows comes into <br />Flintwood I: parking needs in Flintwood 5th would be even greater. Mr. <br />Carson has not built the style or variety of homea in the area that was <br />promised. <br /> <br />Dyann Hendrickson - 5460 140th Lane N.W. - Inquired as to the purpose of <br />this public hearing when the FlintwoOd PUD was settled in 1983 and why do <br />the residents have to take the time to fi&ht for what was supposed to have <br />been taken care of with the development of the Flintwood PUD. Inquired as <br />to the whereabouts of minute a from a meeting between developers of <br />FlintwOOd PUD, residents of Flintwood I, and members of Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, City Council and City Staff: she has been told by staff that <br />the particular minutes and a&reen lest. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the city has all the minutes from public meetings; <br />no public meeting minutes are lost.
