KRIS FLUEGEL <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Bsckground: <br /> <br />Mr. Kris Fluegel is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of the property <br />at 14640 St. Francis Boulevard N.W. in order to accommodate a structure which <br />encroaches on the southeast property line.
