<br />CASE #3: <br /> <br />15 Minutes <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION AND REQUEST <br />FOR REZONING FROM RESIDENTIAL TO B-1 BUSINESS; <br />CASE OF MR. DENNIS HOLMQUIST <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Dennis Holmquist is requesting a subdivision of his property located at <br />6326 Highway UlO N.W. Mr. Holmquist is proposing to split the southern portion <br />of the lot, where a duplex is located, from the northern portion of the lot. <br />Mr. Holmquist is requesting that the northern portion of the property be <br />rezoned to B-1 Business. The entire parcel is currently zoned for residential <br />use only. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a) Appl ication <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Sketch map <br />d) Proposed subdivision <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br /> <br />The existing lot is approximately .7 acres in size. Mr. Holmquist is proposing <br />that the northern commercial lot will be approximately .34 acres in size and <br />the southern portion where the house is will be approximately .36 acres in <br />size.
