<br />5 Minutes <br /> <br />Case #----L- <br /> <br />APPROVE PROJECT COSTS AND SET DATE FOR ASSESSMENT HEARING <br />SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS 88-4, 88-5, 88-6, 88-7 AND 88-8 <br />By: Pete Raatikka, city Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />We have recently had the seal coating on the above referenced projects <br />completed by Astech Corporation. In order to place the assessments on <br />the 1989 tax roles, the assessment hearings must be held prior to <br />September 14, 1989. <br /> <br />It is proposed to schedule the assessment hearings for these projects <br />at 7:30 p.m., September 13, 1988. <br /> <br />The proposed resolutions for approving the project costs and setting <br />the date for the assessment hearings will be available at the <br />August 15, 1988 council meeting. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />We recommend adoption of the proposed resolutions approving project <br />costs for Projects #88-4, 88-5, 88-6, 88-7 and 88-8 and setting the <br />assessment hearings for 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 23, 1988. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution #88- , #88- , #88- , #88- and #88- <br />approving project costs for Improvement Projects #88-4, 88-5~8-6, <br />88-7 and 88-8 and setting the assessment hearings for 7:30 p.m., <br />Tuesday, September 13, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center. ! <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Comm.
