<br />5 Minutes <br /> <br />CASE iJ7: <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.0112 OF <br />THE RAMSEY CITY CODE REGARDING DEVELOPMENT <br />STANDARDS IN THE CRITICAL RIVER OVERLAY DISTRICT <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Enclosed is a draft ordinance amending those portions of Section 170.01 of the <br />City Code regarding development in the Critical River Overlay District. The <br />ordinance proposed less stringent development standards for properties along <br />the Mississippi River where municipal services are available. These standards <br />are consistent with those standards for development along the Rum River in the <br />City's Urban Area.
