<br />ORDINANCE NO. 88- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAHSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY. MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 130.09 (ORDINANCE NO. 78-2) WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE <br />"INTOXICATING LIQUORS OFF-SALE. PRIVATE CLUB AND ON-SALE WINE LICENSES" <br />CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY. MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 130.09 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 130.092 entitled License Required. paragraph 5, is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />5. Off-Sale Licenses. "Off-sale" licenses shall be issued only to <br />drug stores and exclusive liquor stores and shall permit "off- <br />sale" of liquor only. No "off-sale" license shall be issued to <br />an exlusive liquor store holding an "on-sale" liquor license. <br />The City may issue a maximum of three (3) "off-sale" licenses. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
