City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, after the June 28, 1988 public hearing on the vacation of the <br />northern 320 feet of Outlot B. Countryside Estates, the Council requested Staff <br />to research the possibility of acquiring other property in the area to <br />compensate for lost park land. In addition, Staff was to research whether the <br />City can pursue reimbursement for damages due to the loss of the park. <br /> <br />Mr. Merland Otto and I will be meeting with the neighborhood representative of <br />Countryside Estates on August 9. 1988.
