We have watched, and participated in, the growth of Ramsey from a township to the City it is Itoday. .. I have served the City as a member of the Park Commission and then as Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Com- mission over the last sixteen years. I am curreJtlY employed as a high school teacher at Coon Rapids , Senior High. I am presently teaching courses in psychology and Future plarining. I have a B.S. degree from the University of Minnesota, I Duluth with a major in Social Science with an em- phasis on rOlitical science. I have also been active in the following organizations: Ramsey Youth Athl~tic Association as a member of the Board of Directors , and also as a coach, Cub Scout Pack #362, and the Anoka Hockey Association. At this tiLe I submit my application for the City Council vacancy. , My knowledge of the City of Ramsey and issues facing it could be a benefit to the Council and would allow me to become an active I participating member of the Council.
