ART RAUDIO <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Backgr ound: <br /> <br />Mr. Art Raudio is requesting preliminary plat approval of BY-lO RAMSEY 4th <br />Addition, the resubdivision of Lot 1, Block 1, BY-lO RA}ISEY 3rd Addition. The <br />proposed subdivision consists of twO 4.4 acre parcels and one 5.3 acre parcel. <br />Mr. Raudio is proposing to construct the extension of Ferret Street N.W. to <br />provide access for these parcels. <br /> <br />The property is located in the 1-1 Industrial district. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed preliminary plat <br />c) City Engineer's comments on the plat dated August 18. 1988 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />, <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on the proposed <br />plat on August 2, 1988 and continued it to August 18, 1988. On August 18, the <br />Commission recommende'd approval of the plat ~'ith the following conditions: 1) <br />Ferret Street N.W. b~ extended to the northern boundary of the plat; and 2) <br />access to Lot 3, Block 1 shall be from Ferret Street N.W. and shall not be <br />permitted from Armsttong Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve/deny the preliminary plat of BY-lO ~~EY 4th Addition. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />--L <br /> <br />.L <br />.L <br /> <br />l:/:J <br />
